Shipping
If you are not local, we can ship anywhere in Canada for a flat rate of $15. Please select this option when checking out and input your shipping address. Not all products are available for shipping as they require same day delivery and/or refrigeration. (Barkday cakes, treat boxes, pupcakes, donuts, etc).
Buying lots of goodies for your doggie? We offer FREE shipping Canada-wide for orders $50 or more (before tax).
All deliveries will be through Canada Post standard delivery. Once you confirm your order we will notify you via e-mail when the package has been sent.
Canada Post Delivery Times
- Two business days for local mail
- Three business days within the province
- Four days for national mail
Shipping outside of Canada is flat rate of $20
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our dog treats we do not take returns or exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your product please contact us to further discuss as we will do everything we can to resolve it.
